Carahsoft publishes Rwazi solutions, contract vehicles and case studies
The Rwazi microsite at carahsoft (carahsoft.com/rwazi) carries the solutions catalog, the capability statement and the current contract list.
Rwazi is the decision intelligence company, listed in the Carahsoft portfolio. Carahsoft holds every contract vehicle on this page.
A contract vehicle is how public money reaches a supplier
An agency allocates public budget to a purpose. Spending above a threshold reaches a supplier through a pre-approved contract. That contract is the vehicle. An agency may hold budget, mission fit and a signed business case. The money moves only once a vehicle is in place.
The vehicle carries the payment
Agencies hold funds tagged to a purpose: an outreach program, a study, a service. The vehicle is the approved path that money takes to a supplier.
Cooperative contracts get checked first
On a cooperative vehicle, agencies inside a state or consortium buy from suppliers already on the contract, so those suppliers get reviewed first.
These take years to reach
A single vehicle typically takes a supplier five to ten years to reach. Carahsoft already holds fourteen of them.
Contractual vehicles carry Rwazi
Carahsoft holds each contract below. The Carahsoft contracts page is the source of record. It confirms the current terms ahead of an order.

2What the route changes for an acquisition team
Carahsoft sells to the US public sector at scale. What that changes for an agency evaluating Rwazi is procedural.
What Carahsoft lists for government
Carahsoft advertises a catalog Rwazi scopes for public sector missions. Each solution stands alone or runs inside one program.

Behavioral & Sentiment Intelligence Platform
The platform tracks movement and gathering analytics by geography. It also tracks geo-tagged sentiment across communities and regions.
Data Collection & Analytics Platform
The end-to-end pipeline: multimodal ingestion, real-time dashboards and an API-first architecture built to sit inside existing agency systems.
AI Decision Intelligence Engine
The engine runs predictive modeling and scenario simulation across multiple sources. It returns a recommended next action for a named decision.
Program Intelligence & Performance Management
The module covers program monitoring, KPI tracking, impact assessment and audit-ready reporting across large-scale initiatives.

Five steps from requirement to capture
Find the vehicle
The table in section 4 names the contracts Rwazi sits on. One of them usually matches a contract the agency already uses.
Scope the requirement
The requirement names the geography, the population or segment, what needs capturing and how often. Rwazi and the Carahsoft team scope it together, and either side reaches both.
Request a quote
Carahsoft raises the quote against the contract and the purchase runs through a mechanism the acquisition team recognizes.
Place the order
The order goes against the contract through the agency's normal process, on the Carahsoft relationship already in place.
Capture begins
Collection starts in the named markets. Rwazi sets up delivery, dashboards or API access as scoped.
Where the data comes from, and on what terms
Send the mission and the geography
The requirement names the population, the region and the decision on the table. The Rwazi public sector team returns the scope of a first capture and the cost against the contract.
